The World Through Soul Spirit Sophiology, Wisdom Science
the World has been presented to us through the worn out eyes of the physical sciences....its view is limited and its time has passed. the World through Spirit-Arts-Science is the view I wish to present to you and these writings will be a gateway.

Saint John's Tide June 24th 2011
The picture to the right is the Archangel 'Uriel.' At the time of the Summer Solstice this archangel oversees humankind as Cosmic Intelligence and Understanding.
As the summer warmth forces gather upward, streams of elemental beings which busily weave in nature in the warmth of cosmic forces gathers, creates and weaves within the shimmering golden light of Uriel. At this St. John's time there appears his countenance of cosmic intelligence radiated by the streaming of elemental forces gathering upward where his raiment of Gold is created.
Below within the earth can be felt and must be Imagined the blue crystal formation and therein weaves shining silvery lines of Cosmic Will. Within these lines are reflected both human errors and human morality and virtues. Above is the radiating light of Cosmic Intelligence and below is the blue crystalline earth the mantel blue of the Mater or the Earth Mother or Mary if you like.
Following the summer solstice occurs St John's Tide. This summer imagination is about John the Baptist and his exalted place in the singular event of the Sun God-Spirit entering and uniting with mankind and the earth through incarnating in the Initiate known as Jesus.
John the Baptist was the Initiate of the new man and newly evolving earth to come and the time of which we now live and have lived for the past 2,011 years. In the new humankind lies the potential for purification. This could only take place through the entering of the Sun Divine Being known as the Cristi-Logos, the force imbued within the earth and of which in the present time has entered into the mineral, plant and watery kingdoms of earth as well as that of humankind through man's free will.
Out of the midst of these events comes the Imagination of the Trinity; Cosmic Intelligence, Earthly Mother and St John as the Initiate of the Cristi-Logos entering the Earth Sphere. It is at this time the continually emerging Truth of the Trinity and its meaning that is at the heart of St John's Tide.
Participants celebrate St John's with music and by jumping over a fire. The deeper meaning of this was an act of Purification and uniting the hearts of human souls with the Cosmos and Sun Beings.
The transposing of these pictures can occur through the weaving of music into human souls. The Will which lives in our limbs is purified through jumping over the fire so that that which enters below into the earth as human error is acknowledged and purified within mankind and the uniting with Uriel's Understanding enters human hearts and we partake in the great Cosmic Mystery at midsummer.

Spring & Summer Consciousness; the Outbreath
As the Summer Solstice begins, the "Outbreath" of the earth is at its height. The outbreathing of the earth soul occurs between the Equinox of Spring through Autumn. In this time the human consciousness soul feels itself carried out into the Cosmos as it mingles with all Nature and Elemental Nature Spirits.
The budding Springtime has given way to full flowering of Summer as the elemental beings of fire, air, water and earth are growing the plant kingdom of earthly life. Their proper names are Pyrausta, Sylphs, Undines and Gnomes respectively. Human observance and warming of the heart soul toward that which we sense are crucial to fostering evolution not only for ourselves but for all living things including the nature spirits.
Try this to enhance connectedness of the self to nature spirits. Walk the forest, move along a stream, observe a starry night or meander a leafy neighborhood and cease to "name" things. Let go of believing you know what things are and as you practice this type of consciousness meditation you will begin to feel the enlivened world around you. If fortunate you will come to know its place within you.
When we label and name living things of the natural and cosmic world we kill it and stop our involvement in it and our own evolution, the great ongoing metamorphosis & evolution of all life and the world. Human beings grow and evolve and so do all living things in the seen and unseen worlds.
Be aware of the Outbreath of the earth, imagine it. In this outbreath the Earth Soul lives beyond the earth itself, in the great Cosmos where our consciousness has followed for we must become Conscious of this, we must remain awake to how we partake in the world's evolution or else be left behind.

Frozen and Enlivened Foods & the Nature of Man
What is food in relation to the nature of the human being? There are certain principles about the human being and our relationship to nature and the earth's bounty of food which are of value to remember.
The human being has two (of four) bodies or members which are primarily engaged in the absorption and use of that which we take in from nature, they are the physical body and the formative forces body or etheric body. It is the task of the etheric body to take in and change that which we eat in nature. It is the task of the Ego or "I" and soul or astral body to take up and use what is prepared. What exists in nature must be transformed within the human being, if it is not then it becomes a foreign body which can lead to illness. The etheric body transforms food into warmth and liquid forces. The closer foods resemble warmth and liquid at the moment we eat it the more one can use those same etheric or formative forces for our health and not to break it down. The forces used to "breakdown" food are the same etheric forces we need for our nutrition, life and health.
Again the closer foods resemble warmth and liquid at the time of eating it the more one can more readily take in the "forces " needed for nutrition. For example eating cooked broccoli over raw. For eating and food are not chemical nor mechanical in nature, they are "forces." Nutrition is all that stands between life and death forces. What lives as a force, once food is ingested, exists between the food substances and forces that enter into us from the cosmos. As the plant grows on the vine it does so by the forces of sun, moon, water, light, and planetary forces from Venus, Mars, Jupiter and so on. Those same forces continue to enter us if what we have ingested are still enlivened. Cosmic forces are spiritual forces and we are beings of soul and spirit.
Just as the food receives forces to grow and metamorphose into sun imbued vegetables and fruits we too continue the warmth processes in us the same cosmological forces enter into us that entered the plant. 'I eat a golden apple and it shines out of me as I transform and take up the giving of her life force' such is the way of nutrition. Foods carry force and if food becomes frozen in the field its forces leave it and it dies for it hasn't enough warmth or liquid and they cannot be revived. Frozen foods in your refrigerator freezer are no different, they too are dead. If a human being placed his hand in a freezer it would die. It is a fallacy to believe that that which is alive with forces, forces are life, can survive a severe hardening process such as being frozen.
We can identify how foods are of the realms of nature as well. Rice is of the watery realm, wheat of the firey. Seeds and fruit are the culmination of the Sun forces and enliven the human heart. Root vegetable such as carrot, not tuber like potato, grow below the earth and are imbued with earth forces which nurture our nerve system while leafy plants are health for our circulation and the blossom like broccoli are forces for our metabolic will forces.
As for meats, the first thing to identify is that the majority of animals are vegetarian, the cow, the sheep, fowl. Once the animal eats grain and grasses it becomes the animal or meat. With plant, grain and fruit human beings take in cosmologic forces, with meats we take in the soul force of the animal. Through lamb we take in its frisky soul nature, with chicken an airy earthed soul nature of the animal.
In a more deeply meaningful view foods then are either enlivened or not enlivened. How substances are treated is important. I was told a story about an experiment of two identical plants which needed water. One can of water had been microwaved the other can contained tap water at the same temperature. The microwaved watered plant died. It is vital to think of food and ourselves as beings of forces; the force of movement, the force of thought. The physical sciences such as chemistry and biology possess mechanistic, unenlivened and static views of the world. We need not name everything for when we do it dies. we cease to let it speak to us. For the kingdoms of mineral, plant, animal, man and the cosmos are never static, they are in continual evolution, in continual metamorphoses. The crystal is metamorphosing mineral to plant.
A simple table prayer speaks well of the totality of our relationship to nature: 'From the Sun to the Earth, From the Earth to Us, Blessings on the Meal'

Know Your Body and the 12 Human Senses
Good medicine begins with staying tuned into your own inner life. Today's physical science of medicine deals with only one aspect of the human being, the physical body. While in reality human beings have four bodies which house the totality of our "being". It is often difficult to try to convey to a modern physician what it is that ails one. The reason it can be difficult is that when we begin to ail our complaint does not have its origin at the physical level. At times one feels unheard and only later, often too late, what you "sensed" was wrong in the beginning, was only found later when it progressed to the physical level. The good doctor only understands the physical. By the time a physical illness manifests itself and is recognized by a physician, it is late in the game. Physical science does not study therefore does not understand the total nature of the human being.
In Western societies the majority of people are not taught about the totality of our human nature. In fact the greatest damage has been done by dividing up the human being into categories, not unlike a business.
Human beings are four fold in nature. We have a mineral/physical body just as we find in nature a mineral kingdom. We have a fluid/etheric body just as we find in nature a water and plant kingdom. We have an air/soul body just as we find in nature the animal kingdom and finally we have a warmth/spirit body or Ego which we find in the spirit kingdom beyond the earth. This is what makes the human being both of nature and of higher worlds and what is the "being" of our humaness. This is important to inner reflect upon and to observe about and within oneself.
You and I carry the key to good medicine. You know more about you than someone who isn't you, such as a scientist. To give oneself over to another because one is estranged from oneself is egotistical and in itself undermines our own good medicine.
The fluid/etheric body carries our memory thinking and our nutrition healing forces. What we find in the plant kingdom is transformed within us as life when we eat. Without nutrition we die. But we are not "what we eat." If we take directly from nature without transforming it by our etheric body, soul and spirit it is poison. It will kill us. What is in nature is poison to us if not transformed. When we transform then take up the the forces within the plant only then can it give us life. It is the forces of water, air, warmth and mineral which sustains our total being, our temple.
The soul body is the home of our passions, feelings, thoughts, imaginations and inspirations. Animals are sensing-feeling beings like ourselves and are manifestations or pictures in the outer world of our feelings and passions.
The Twelve Human Senses
The twelve human senses are important to inner reflect upon. At one time man knew of these senses but as we became more intellectual, living in abstractions to convey information, we lost touch with the thing itself from which we created those very abstractions and concepts, our source.
These senses are key to knowing our own nature and deepening our sense of ourselves and others. Five senses have been the main focus of both education and the physical sciences. In the physical sciences the "self" is the one variable that is always left out of study. It prides itself on objectivity. However, it is impossible to leave the human being out of the equation and it becomes obvious when what is being studied, e.g. atoms, which don't really exist, are actually aspects that come out of oneself. All knowledge comes out of oneself first such is the basis of geometry and number for example.
Education and the physical sciences in dilletante fashion only acknowledge five senses because they have a physical observable basis; nose, eyes, ears, skin, tongue. The twelve human senses are; Ego (of the other not oneself), Thought, Word/Speech, Hearing, Warmth, Sight, Taste, Smell, Balance, Movement, Life, Touch.
The sense of Life is an important one to acknowledge. This is a sense whereby the human being senses when something is not well within him/herself. It is a more unconscious sense until it is moving toward unhealth or death then we become conscious that something doesn't feel right or normal. For we as human beings exist between life and death forces. Medical color charts are accurate to show blue and red blood since it is our very breath that is of our air/soul body which makes "used blue blood" into "unused red blood." This is one clear example of our having life and death within us. For this is fact.
Concentration exercises upon these twelve senses and four bodies greatly enhances our sense of being and deepens our relationship to the self, the world and others.
We can divide the twelve senses into two groups which reflect how a society and culture bases its approach to life. Western culture has it's basis in "law" and therefore emerges out of the study of physical nature where the "law of necessity" derives and is of a lower aspect of man. Emphasis is on the Senses of Taste, Smell, Balance, Movement, Life and Touch.
Eastern culture and society has it's basis in "belief knowledge" and therefore emerges out of the study of the soul and spirit and man's relationship to the greater world of earth and the totality of the universe. The emphasis is on the Senses of Ego, Thought, Word, Sound, Warmth, and Sight. Warmth is the sense we ascribe to the feeling of Love.
There are so many things within us of which we "know" but must make conscious in order to further evolve as human beings. We no longer live in the age of Intellectual Soul where abstract theory has been idolized. Humankind now lives in the age of Consciousness Soul. Knowing and concentrating on our own being will deepen and then blossom into other worlds to explore and therefore evolve our Consciousness. It is our own journey and we must live it by becoming conscious beings.

Health Issues of Obesity
The human being in the state of obesity and overweightness can first be viewed as conditions arising from over mineralization of the physical body and second starvation.
The Organism of the human being is made up of the physical body in common with the mineral kingdom of the earth, the fluid body in common with the plant kingdom and element of water, the soul which lives within our air body and in our warmth body and blood where lives the "I" or Spirit.
What is it that is overweight? The mineral body. How is this related to starvation yet weight is gained? Starvation means there is a no "nutrition" when what is taken in lacks forces. Nutrition, nourishment is something we take up and transform within and is the counter picture to death. What is mineral in us eventually becomes ash or dust.
The word nutrition in Latin "allmentum" means the totality of thought. Nourishment and the metabolism are related to the head and the limbs and deed, that which we do. The physical picture of our alimentary or digestive tract is the same as the brain.
Stautos in Greek means nourish, we see this in the word restaurant. Do you remember what the earth provides to nourish the human being? How did the apple for instance become? As pointed out earlier the human being is of mineral, water, air and warmth or fire. These are the same elements which created the apple. When I eat the apple it must become again mineral, water, air and warmth within me and what is leftover is that which the Wisdom in me has judged foreign and which can poison.
Starvation is the counter picture of obesity yet is obesity. The word obese means devour. The Latin word for starve is frigere, cold. The key to nourishment is warmth. Forces which come from foods produce the warmth that is needed to keep from starving but only if those foods still have those warmth forces still within them as it did since the beginning of its creation. Within the apple are sun forces gathered within it as well as air, water and mineral.
Many foods have been overly transformed by modernization before it gets to us. Consequently we can ingest it yet starve.
Another contribution to obesity and starvation is the creation of what I call a "phantom stomache." This is created by the soul in childhood when a child is given a "pacifier." Just as the name implies it pacifies or calms the child in lieu of the warmth of parents love, compassion, understanding and embrace. The phantom stomache has been created by the spirit since growth comes about through the spirit and soul through nutria. It seeks to be filled when it can never be and more importantly it seeks pacifying and calming. One can awaken to it, bring it to awareness then can it be dealt with but not otherwise.
Great caution must be taken to care for the food itself before it enters us. The warmer our foods are the more we receive. Frozen foods are dead foods and no amount of illusion that they can be revived will bring back the forces within them.
Qualia and Nutria these are the names we must give them to guide us in our health.
