The human being in the state of obesity and overweightness can first be viewed as conditions arising from over mineralization of the physical body and second starvation.
The Organism of the human being is made up of the physical body in common with the mineral kingdom of the earth, the fluid body in common with the plant kingdom and element of water, the soul which lives within our air body and in our warmth body and blood where lives the "I" or Spirit.
What is it that is overweight? The mineral body. How is this related to starvation yet weight is gained? Starvation means there is a no "nutrition" when what is taken in lacks forces. Nutrition, nourishment is something we take up and transform within and is the counter picture to death. What is mineral in us eventually becomes ash or dust.
The word nutrition in Latin "allmentum" means the totality of thought. Nourishment and the metabolism are related to the head and the limbs and deed, that which we do. The physical picture of our alimentary or digestive tract is the same as the brain.
Stautos in Greek means nourish, we see this in the word restaurant. Do you remember what the earth provides to nourish the human being? How did the apple for instance become? As pointed out earlier the human being is of mineral, water, air and warmth or fire. These are the same elements which created the apple. When I eat the apple it must become again mineral, water, air and warmth within me and what is leftover is that which the Wisdom in me has judged foreign and which can poison.
Starvation is the counter picture of obesity yet is obesity. The word obese means devour. The Latin word for starve is frigere, cold. The key to nourishment is warmth. Forces which come from foods produce the warmth that is needed to keep from starving but only if those foods still have those warmth forces still within them as it did since the beginning of its creation. Within the apple are sun forces gathered within it as well as air, water and mineral.
Many foods have been overly transformed by modernization before it gets to us. Consequently we can ingest it yet starve.
Another contribution to obesity and starvation is the creation of what I call a "phantom stomache." This is created by the soul in childhood when a child is given a "pacifier." Just as the name implies it pacifies or calms the child in lieu of the warmth of parents love, compassion, understanding and embrace. The phantom stomache has been created by the spirit since growth comes about through the spirit and soul through nutria. It seeks to be filled when it can never be and more importantly it seeks pacifying and calming. One can awaken to it, bring it to awareness then can it be dealt with but not otherwise.
Great caution must be taken to care for the food itself before it enters us. The warmer our foods are the more we receive. Frozen foods are dead foods and no amount of illusion that they can be revived will bring back the forces within them.
Qualia and Nutria these are the names we must give them to guide us in our health.
